Name, email, phone, foreground location while using rides features, trip history, wallet/payment metadata, ratings, driver documents (license, ID, insurance, registration), and device tokens for push notifications.
To match riders and drivers, route trips, process payments (Stripe), send verification emails/SMS, improve safety, and comply with law.
With your trip counterpart during an active ride; with Google Firebase, Google Maps / map providers, Stripe, Amazon SES, and SMS gateways as needed to operate the service; with authorities when required by law.
In the app: Menu → Delete account. Or contact privacy@rahbarpk.com. Trip records may be retained up to 7 years for tax/legal compliance.
Rahbar is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
